It’s hot in the hot tub down here in Charleston. Since we’re still in June, I know I’m in for it. Ha! We have guests coming in town next week, so this weekend will be spent prepping for some upcoming travel we have later in the month.

I’m headed back to my hometown area for the 4th of July and I’m excited to spend the holiday in the Midwest steeped in Americana. Burgers on the grill, some swimming, and seeing family and friends.

This Saturday night we’re headed to Hall’s Chophouse for some dinner with friends. This place is family owned and operated for years and years. The hosts have the same last name of the sign out front. I LOVE that. Hospitality like only the South can deliver. Well…and of course the Italians as well.
